The Girbau product range is designed for the commercial and industrial markets. It includes Washer Extractors from 8 to 110 Kgs, Tumble dryers up to 74Kgs, a large range of rotary ironers up to 3.5 Mtrs 3 cylinder, and tunnel washers up to 12 stages.
Where applicable all equipment is WRAS approved and is capable of performing a Sluice wash to HSG 95 specifications.
Girbau also offer our O-Clean ozone system under our JHC Laundry Equipment division.

CG350 - 35Lb - Commercial Dryer
One of the new Pro Series 2 Tumble Dryers. This 35Lb dryer has been designed to dramatically increase laundry production and efficiency incorporating easy to use controls balanced airflow. Main features are as below:
Durability and Efficiency
Pro series dryers are engineered with Dual motors providing separate power for drum and airflow, ensuring maximum efficiency is maintained under all operating conditions.
Axial Air Flow - small load efficiency
Pro series 2 small capacity dryers feature axial air flow, a system that directs heated air through the drum. In conjunction with the internal lifting ribs this ensures high levels of operating efficiency are maintained.
Extra large capacity door and Lint compartment
The extra large door ensures that the machine is easy to both load and unload, saving time and improving operator comfort. The large lint compartment reduces time spent cleaning machine out and also aids consistency of operation.
High efficiency - Lower running costs
Instant electronic ignition, a modular electrical system and a multiple burner heat system quickly reach desired temperature, without wasting energy. An enclosed heat system pre-heats air entering the dryer before it reaches the combustion chamber, reducing energy consumption.
Microprocessor Control
Pro Series dryers feature a highly advanced control that is extremely simple to use. It offers four time dry or auto dry cycles and a no heat cycle. The auto dry cycle reduces over drying and energy consumption. Lodas are automatically cooled once the pre-determined dryness has been achieved. An anti wrinkle feature reduces wrinkles by initiating an unheated airflow and tumble action after the end of the cycle signal.
High speed spin cycle without noise or vibrations.
The HS 6 series is free standing and does not require any type of bolting down facilitating fast and easy installation.
The MDS (Multi Directional Springs) system allows spin cycle speeds greater than 350G in a silent and very stable way. It absorbs up to 95% of the vibrations and it lengthens the life of the shock absorbers considerably in comparison to other systems.
